The Monark Foundation Heavy Equipment Servicing class of Cagayan De Oro (CDO)recently had a Leadership Training Camp in Initao town last January 24-26, 2010. This 3-day training in camp prepares scholars for their on-the job training phase in the program. Different leadership qualities and styles are discussed and integrated in activities for scholars to learn how to lead themselves and others.
The activity was facilitated by MFI-CDO trainers and staff headed by its officer-in-charge, Judith Samson. MFI Executive Director, Jeng Liban was also part of the facilitating team.
